The Paddock to Plate Marquee is a popular feature of the Freds Pass Rural Show, and showcases aspects of the rural area’s agricultural, horticulture, organic farming, native plant and bush tucker industries plus our locally produced meat, poultry & fish fresh from the farm and water to the kitchen.
A delicious assortment of locally grown, made or produced products were used in cooking demonstrations by some local home & celebrity chefs.

Demonstrations ran throughout the two days and included tastings, product presentations and information sessions on growing, preparing and using local produce.
