All sites have a $100.00 bond, which is refundable provided the site remains occupied for the full duration of the show.

The Freds Pass Rural Community Show is supporting global awareness & sustainability and, in line with the Darwin City Council policy, has introduced a ban on the use of single use plastic plates, single-use plastic cups, including disposable coffee cups, smoothie cups, lids, plastic straws and plastic eating utensils, stirrers, plates, bowls, and takeaway containers at the Freds Pass Rural Show. Single use plastic drink bottles are permitted. These will all be phased out from use at the Freds Pass Rural Community Show from 1 May 2019.

These changes have been implemented to reduce the amount of single use plastic used and protect Darwin’s unique environment.

Auctions

  1. 50km Feast Auction held on Friday 17th May and proceeds go to assist in the running costs of your Freds Pass Rural Community Show
  2. Auction at the Woodchop for Gavin Howie is on Sunday 19th May 11am, proceeds go to Gavin who lost his legs in January in a horrific local farming accident.

Every site purchase over $250 includes a free siteholder's pass.

If yes, this will incur an additional $4.50 for Registered Post.
